i3 Train the Trainer Programs
Why have 100+ school district chosen i3 Trainer Programs?
At
i3 we like to think of our "Trainer" programs as a
capacity building investments for your organization.
Train the trainer programs are very popular but
unfortunately they are all too often presented as a one
size fits all program. We are different because when we
partner with you, we start by helping you determine your
goals and then determine if we have a program that fits
your needs. If not, we pull from a variety of training
programs that may meet your needs or build a
completely unique program that facilitates
your capacity building process. Since planning,
building, implementing and sustaining a successful
trainer program can be difficult we have developed a
step by step process that is designed to look at
all your organizations goals, current capacity and
sustainability potential and then develop a program that
goes beyond just the use of technology in your schools. Ultimately, you will
have a customized training program that can be utilized locally for
many years to come.
All of the i3 Training Services trainer programs have
been designed to provide a quality and scalable program
for your ISD, District, or School that successfully
develops trainers who will be able to re-deliver the
various i3 Curriculum and Technology Integration
Professional Development Models.
Please feel free to contact us for a more detailed
documents and process for developing a program that fits
your needs.

Although we offer train the trainer versions of all our training products, we are most known for the three programs listed below. These are the most comprehensive training programs we have and are designed to move teachers/trainers "Change Agents" over a period of time into their new roles as trainers or teachers in technology rich classrooms. These programs combined with the i3 Digital Coaching Program can provide a complete implementation package.
All 3 of the programs below are 5 day, 30 hour professional development programs that have been designed for the sole purpose of improving student achievement through a refinement of best teaching practices, classroom management and the integration of curriculum & technology when appropriate in the classroom.
